Windswept

Spring weather has finally landed here in NYC, and man does it feel good! I love being able to walk around in just a few light layers instead of feeling the need to cover every inch of skin while venturing outdoors (and feeling bad for my left-out nose). While I have a few spring go-tos that have been in my closet for years (and that I love dearly), I couldn’t help but fall in love with this patterned silk bomber jacket. Not the most practical you say? Well, sure. But I find that I wear it all the time! It’s an easy fit, works well over extra layers, and it’s reversible. Oh yes. Two-for-one. Be on the lookout for a post featuring the other side. It’s on its way.

  1. Fantastic jacket. I love the mix of large scale paisley & polka dot print. And it’s reversible? Seriously, a major score.
Agreed, NYC finally warmed up a bit. I live on the East River in the Kips Bay area (soon to be moving to Gramery) and when I walked out my apt. this morning, what a delight. My quilted jacket was more than enough. Happy Spring!
